The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest standards of quality and safety. Remote role, but MUST be located near (or willing to relocate to) one of the following areas: Tulsa, OK, Huntsville, AL or West- Central TX. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end construction of mission-critical data center projects, with a focus on low voltage, controls, and automation systems. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across all phases of construction. Oversee the installation and integration of: Structured cabling Building Management Systems (BMS/EPMS) Environmental Monitoring Systems Access Control and CCTV Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
